Dr Glasses Window Solutions supplies and installs glass, mirrors, shower cubicles, office partitions, aluminium windows, and related glass products and services within Kenya.
2. Orders
Orders may be placed through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dr Glasses Window Solutions.
For custom-made products, customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications provided are accurate. Where we carry out site measurements, we will use those measurements for production.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be charged at the agreed price at the time of purchase.
Additional charges may apply for delivery, installation, or special requests.
4. Payment
Payment may be made using the payment methods available on our website or as otherwise agreed.
For certain custom orders, a deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
Products remain the property of Dr Glasses Window Solutions until full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by product availability, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the selected delivery location.
6. Installation
Where installation services are purchased, customers must ensure the site is safe and accessible.
Installation times may vary depending on the scope of work.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed quotation may attract extra charges.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Dr Glasses Window Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery or collection, provided they are:
- In their original condition.
- Unused and undamaged.
- Returned with any original packaging where applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-cut glass, custom mirrors, shower cubicles, and other made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or supplied incorrectly.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation. Once the issue has been verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
8. Warranty
Where applicable, workmanship warranties apply only to installation services performed by Dr Glasses Window Solutions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Improper handling after delivery
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, except where required by applicable law.

Customer information is used only for processing orders, providing services, communicating with customers, and meeting legal obligations.
